OnSong 1.99994 Import Issues

The OnSong app for the iPad released an update on May 9, 2017 as version number 1.99994. It was discovered after the release that one bug fix affected the WorshipReady import functionality and is causing issues for some of our users. It doesn't seem to affect everyone, but many reports have come in. The problem is that the import from your WR account appears to work okay, but the imported song does not actually get loaded into your iPad. The activity is tracked on your account still however.

The good news is that the OnSong team was quickly on top of this and has already found and fixed the issue! They have an approved Beta version available that includes the fix. If you are not on their Beta team and would like to be, send us your name and email address and we'll help to get you added. The full release with this fix (and a couple others) will be available ASAP, but depends on Apple approval times. Hopefully by the end of this week, but the first of next week at the latest. Stay tuned to this page for any updates.

IN THE MEANTIME...

You can download OnSong files directly from our website, then manually import them into the OnSong app. You can do this a few different ways:

1) "Add to OnSong" extension in Safari, which enables you to import directly into OnSong. Here is a video tutorial on the process: http://www.onsongapp.com/videos/addto#addto

3) DropBox. Upload the files to your Dropbox account, then import directly inside of the app through the Dropbox integration.
